The 2008 St. Clair County 4-H & Youth Fair is July 21st through July 26th at Goodells County Park.

Check-In Information

Horses may be checked in between 4:00pm and 9:00pm on Sunday before Fair.  Horses must be unloaded in the parking lot off the pavement, lead across the horse crossing crosswalk and stop for inspection at the red barn.  ORIGINAL negative Coggins must be presented at this time.  Horses must be checked out Sunday after fair starting at 6:00am and no later than 11:00am.  Exceptions will be made only in an extreme emergency.  Anyone leaving early without written permission from Fair Board and Horse superintendent may not be eligible for stalls the following year, and may be subject to any further discipline as Fair Board deems appropriate.

Horse Project Information

1. Set up Friday 6pm (portable stall etc.) & Saturday 10am (barn decoration etc.)     2. No vehicles behind barns after 10am or before 11pm *NO EXCEPTIONS*   3. Tear down – clubs may start to take down barn decorations Saturday after 10pm however NO VEHICLES BEHIND THE BARNS UNTIL AFTER 11PM   4. Horse not to check out (you must check out with barn manager) before 6am on Sunday    5. Teardown Sunday - Clubs/individuals will tear down the same areas they setup on Friday.   6. Don't forget your HELMETS: they are mandatory in the practice rings at all times.
